SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This role requires a combination of skills and responsibilities - design skills, layout design skills, marketing sense.
Graphic design for App, websites, advertisement, and print materials.
Responsible for leading and executing creative ideas, graphic design & artwork adaptation, including all marketing and promotional materials - advertisements, online banners, social posts, videos, etc.
Support the team in developing different visual materials as required
PROJECT MANAGER
04.2018 - 09.2020
My position provides a full range of support to the Project Consultant on managing the project. Those projects are MOU Signing Ceremony, Press Conference, Business Matching, Pop-up store, Flea Market, Roving Exhibition, Student Competition, Delegation and Forum etc. I'm mainly responsible for all design and production items and organize process of those projects, then communicate with designers, production house and our teammates. I also followed the Photo and Videography team that I will give them briefing before every event. I will preparation of letters, fact sheets, and reports, etc. I work with teammates and also assign some job duties to project assistant for event. Otherwise, I will perform other duties as assigned by the Project Consultant.
SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

My position is about design and development. Design for exhibition, event and carnival, etc. There are event backdrop, opening gimmick, poster, leaflet, booklet, postcard, game booth, souvenir, set of promotion items, etc. Our clients are wide. Government department: WSD, EMSD, AGC, OGCIO, CEDD, DSD, etc.; education organization: CityU, HKU, CUHK, PolyU, etc.; non-profit organization: HKJC, HKMA, etc.; some company about jewellery, banking, etc. I know well the event working process and design items.
MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER
12.2010 - 09.2014
Design many different Programme's Motion Graphic, such as Opening, Led Wall, Roller with motion, Banner with motion, Loop Background, Graphic still picture etc. Communication with PD, PA. We will discuss and choose the best final outcome for the show.
